INTENDED AUDIENCE

"Number Man" was designed for a Ms. Knisley's first grade class at Wheeler School. Although the game has three levels, it is mostly aimed at students who are learning to count or have just learned to count.

EDUCATIONAL GOALS

This game is designed to teach counting and number recognition. Number Man, the lead character in the game, guides the pupil through the various tasks that must be completed through the game. The game has three levels of difficulty and awards each student a printed prize at the end of the game if the computer it is played on has printing capabilities.

NOTES

This game requires sound for many of the tasks. The sound is designed to encourage the visual understanding of spoken digits. The game is easy to follow.
