Reaction for: Developing an Interactice Illustration: Using Java and the Web to Make it Worthwhile

This article made me think a lot about the discussion we had on how to use the sun lab more effectively during lectures. I think that this paper presents a valid solution. Using the SUNS for interactive demos that students could "play" around with would greatly help them to understand more difficult concepts, especially data structures. To get specific for a minute: a linked list demo, one that actually showed the different nodes in the list would be very useful. I think much of the difficulty that was associated with PizzaDex was changing from a visual representation to an underlying data structure.
