This course provides an introduction to computers, networks and the domestic and international policy issues that arise with the use of these technologies. It satisfies Brown's writing requirement. The class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3 to 4:20pm.
The Atlantic Council runs a competition every year to provide students with "a better understanding of the policy challenges associated with cyber conflict."
Brown fielded a team from 2014 until 2019. In 2015 the Brown team won first place!
